WebCoreWin Cancellation Policy

At WebCoreWin, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations of projects or services are managed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.


1. Cancellation Before Project Start

  • Clients may cancel a project at any time before work begins without any penalty.

  • In this case, any payments made will be fully refunded promptly.


2. Cancellation After Project Start

  • Once the project has started and work has commenced, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

    • Clients must notify WebCoreWin in writing of their intention to cancel.

    • The client will be responsible for payment for all work completed and delivered up to the cancellation date.

    • Any advance payments covering incomplete work will be refunded on a prorated basis after deducting the value of work done.


3. Impact on Deliverables

  • Upon cancellation, WebCoreWin will deliver any completed work or partial deliverables to the client.

  • WebCoreWin is not obligated to continue work after cancellation is confirmed.


4. No Refunds for Completed Work

  • Cancellations after substantial completion (defined as 90% or more) of the project will generally not be eligible for refunds, as most of the work and value have been delivered.
